Private Parties:
(Minimum of 5 people with maximum of 50 people)
DEPOSIT/SET-UP FEES (Charge Card/Debit Card pay only)
The $40.00 non-refundable set-up fee/deposit is due the date you book your event.
This fee becomes non-transferable 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event.
The fee covers preparing canvases, setting up, tearing down and clean up.
There is an additional fee for locations over 10 miles.
PAINTING FEES (cash pay only) due the day of the Private Party
ADULT/ TEEN PARTIES with 16x20 canvases
5-7 people: $35.00/person
8-9 people: $30.00/person
10+ people: $25.00/ person
Children's Parties (under age 13): $25.00/child with a 16x20 canvas
Minimum of 10 children
Girl Scout, Boy Scout, and Brownie Troops receive a $5.00/person discount if their parties are scheduled Monday- Thursday.
Private Parties can be scheduled at the Denise Onwere Gallery located in Huntsville, Alabama or at your desired location.
What is provided: Easels, Canvases, Brushes, Paints, Aprons, palettes, plastic table covers, water cups for rinsing brushes.
There are generally 2-4 hours of instruction and set-up usually occurs within an hour of your party's start time.
What is NOT included: plates, cups, napkins, flatware, Food or Drinks.
Have a custom painting created for your Private Party for an additional $50.00.
Please wear clothes that you are not worried about getting paint on. Our paints are acrylic and water based but will stain clothes.
We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen.
It is up to you, as the host, to share this information with your guests.
